As you continue to go through a transformation of such magnitude, it's important that you focus on the bigger picture, what is it that you really want for yourself? What are you making time for? What are you avoiding? The picture right now is fragmented, you are getting bits and pieces at a time. The fact remains that there is still a much bigger picture here. What pieces of your puzzle are being presented to you now? Any synchronicity or repetitious cycles being presented to you are here to show you what path to take next. Do you have the courage to look at whats happening directly in its face, so you can see what it means for you? This is an opportunity for you to let go of your attachments to life for awhile and just be. As you remove yourself from social conditioning, childhood conditioning, the need to DO, you give yourself permission to dive into crafts that make you happy, play games with your children, create art, RELAX, schedule your days around what YOU want for yourself. SLOW DOWN! This is our greatest gift, the chance to use this social distancing to become reacquainted with ourselves. Do you remember when you were a kid and you had no real responsibilities? It is sort've like that, you have the chance to live like a child again, total freedom. Yes, we have things that can be considered worrisome like jobs, bills, ect. let go of your worry for now. I ask you to have the courage to enjoy this time. To take yourself deeper than whats on the surface, to get back to your true essence.
What does that look like for you?
Today you may be feeling like the odds are against you, but this is not true. Take the high road!
Don't let your actions go against who you are, when dealing with others and especially when dealing with your own values. FEAR only makes things tough for yourself, have patience right now. It is time to end the every day hustle and bustle mentality, and take a break from society. We are all always connected, so don't let the fear of isolation keep you from the beauty of your own solitude. You are getting ready to unearth so many uncovered gems that lie dormant inside of you. Trust this process and move fluidly with these changes. Don't resist. Focus on the light, even if its just a sliver, FIND IT and keep your gaze there!! Look into your child's face, cuddle with your animal friends, do a little extra for yourself. Find your joy, because I promise its there. You just have to be willing to see it, open up, and receive it. You have this power inside of you which can be drawn out through visualization. When you feel argumentative, challenged, threatened, or fearful, imagine yourself inside of a glass bubble filled with light. This light is abundant and can be called on anytime, it deflects negative energy, protects you from the energies of others, and acts as a shield against the machine. Protect your energy whenever you feel the need, but going against your instincts right now is only acting as a spiritual block, listen to your heart, you know what you need to do.
As we transition from a period of lack to a period of plenty, have patience with yourself, all unknown things feel scary at first, trust the process and RELAX. Rediscover your own inner sanctuary.
