It's time we begin to actively heal.
Become aware when you are experiencing emotions, no judgment. Feel your fears, notice where they show up, let them move through you like you would a sip of water, imagine the emotion being returned back into the earth, as healing energy and GROUND. This will grant you perspective, which will pave the road toward understanding and contentment.
You are like a tree, your root sprouts from the base of your spine and into the earths crust, you feel the soft dark soil and your roots begin to burrow. Notice the other roots nearby, you are connected, we are all connected. You burrow deeper, you see a fiery reddish- orange and yellow ball of light, it begins to travel up your root, cleansing, energizing, and grounding. See it expanding into the other roots, feel its warm energy as it begins to climb into the base of your spine and release into each one of your Chakras, see them enlivening, spinning, starting at the base all the way to the crown. Breathe into this energy.
Just as the tree's go through season changes, as do we, some days will be light and airy, some snow packed and cold, none last forever. Whatever season you are in mentally, spiritually, know that this too shall pass, and you always have a choice. You decide how you feel. You are not your thoughts or your feelings. You can observe them which means you have the power to change them. We do this through meditation, seeking higher perspective. Train your subconscious mind to find the good, by catching and eradicating the negative thought you are choosing what will show up in your reality.
You are so powerful. Remember. You are so much more than what you are experiencing in this lifetime. You can create heaven on earth and it all starts with your choices and your thoughts. Control them.
