The only way to really heal is to not only look at your ādemonsā, but feel how they effect you, and then NAME them. Once you name them then you have something tangible to understand and then diminish. You also gain power over them.
Meditate, and during meditation create a lock box in your mind, visually name and place every trauma that you still hold onto into that box and seal it, not just the trauma but the emotion that it ignites for example FEAR, SADNESS, GUILT, ANGER, SELF DENIAL, and SELF DOUBT. Name the emotion that that experience makes you feel and dive deeper into it, (caution it can be heavy and painful) but itās also your best chance to have real understanding which leads to real growth. This visualization helps lock away self sabotaging blocks because it leads to the higher perspective which is the truth of it all. When you really understand your āwhyāsā life becomes one big beautiful gift!
This is what I call rabbit hole healing and it helps with self realization, which is the only way to really learn or heal from a lesson.
You create the opportunity to discover yourself in the most intimate way. You gain a permanent high perspective which leads to enlightenment.
Letting the healing happen is how you cultivate real peace and happiness, through diving deep and studying your behaviors.
