Good Afternoon! Happy Wednesday !! Today you are being asked to take some time to reflect. I know this word is cliche now and days but it’s sooo necessary! We oftentimes go through life blindly, moving from one thing to the next without ever stopping to really pay attention to where we’ve been and the lessons learned. Only ever focused on where you are going next. This time, before moving on to the next phase of your life, take some time to really think about what’s transpired up to this point. You’re juggling too much, take a break from the noise of the world and your “to do” list and listen to your feelings. Happiness and emotional fulfillment are all on the table, but in order for this to be achieved you have to really think about how you were as a child and how is that effecting you psychologically now as an adult. Think about things that were put into your head? Experiences you’ve had. How did you become the person you are today and is that person truly in charge of their thoughts and behaviors or are you acting out from a place of fear and unresolved childhood trauma? Introspection is key to helping mend broken homes and relationships, to help you become the best person you can for yourself, for your children, for your relationship. There’s an awakening happening, a shift. Taking time for this today will help you pave the way forward and begin to truly move on from past pains. What may seem like a roadblock or an ending is really just a big ass mirror being put up... are you willing to sit in front of it and ask the hard questions? What is your purpose? What truly makes you happy? Are you following your heart or are you driven by other motives and if so what are they and why?
